BEAVER SPRINGS – A Beaver Springs man remains in critical condition after he was hit by a minivan that crashed into a building Friday afternoon. The minivan hit the Dollar General Store building in Beaver Springs. State police say Thomas Kline was inside the store just before 1 p.m. Friday when the van crashed through the front of the store and struck Kline. Kline was taken to Geisinger Medical Center with major injuries–and he is in critical condition. State police say the driver of the car, 67-year-old Mary Scholl was pulling into a parking space and failed to stop her van, driving through the front door.
